Of course mate, brings a lot of good things and I've mentioned them loads of times. I was just mentioning goals are what's needed and then he doesn't give the manager a reason to drop him

Hahahahahha as if anybody is judging him on that performance. You need to give the ball to someone for them to do something with it, we couldn't pass the half way line.

For the same reason we shouldn't sign a striker in January. No point signing a striker whereas we have 5 other players who cant complete a pass.

Don't get me wrong I certainly would not turn my nose up at us getting a top striker but I don't think its going to be the thing that cures all our problems like some are making out.

Our decision making in the final third (when we get there) is atrocious.

I know he is unfashionable and unMessi like, however, Richarlison and co are powder puff when it comes to playing against the like of Dunk and Duffy, as aptly demonstrated yesterday. Dominic brings much needed balance, he will physically work defences and create opportunities against well drilled back line. He would have kept Duffy and Dunk busy all day long, and others could have taken the opportunity play their football instead of being on floor crying all match.

Something tells me Oatemendi might have something more about him than Dunk and Duffy, probably something to do with being part of one of the most expensive assembled defences the Premier League has witnessed to date, but thanks for the insightfulness!

Havent changed my mind. Nowhere near the level we need. Mid to bottom table team if this lad is leading the line. Has got an amount if gametime over the last 2 years. Results and performances and goals scored are on paper for all to see.

Dunk and Duffy are very physical centre backs, Oatemendi is more than a just physical centre back hence his medal tally, Biscan was a midfielder deployed as centre back! My point is compare like for like.
