Totally agree.

Sigurdsson, Walcott, Kean, Tosun and Iwobi cost about £150m and £2.5m Calvert-Lewin has outscored all of them combined this season and is still getting stick. He's probably one of our best buys in the last 5 years.
 
I think he offers something very few strikers do. His lack of goals is a slight problem but one day that will click and if he nets 15-20 in a season and others around him benefit from his other traits we will be there. He has 5 goals in 16 games this season so if he just improves that a little he'll be where we want.

If DCL continues to play as he has in the last 3/4 matches and starts slotting as well can we all just agree that Carlo is a genius?
 
Just looked Jelavic scored 16 in 59 for us DCL has 16 in 92. Lots rave about DCL but we have had much much better strikers in the past, some like Jelavic don’t get mentioned much but he did a grand job for us.

If Carlo can get DCL to score one in 3 he's An even better manager than I thought he was. I have the feeling though Kean will figure heavily in Carlos plans, it also likely we will see another striker in very soon. Bench time for DCL and I won’t be disappointed to see that, he works hard puts himself about but his scoring record is terrible.

Can almost guarantee you Kean won’t be displacing Dom for a while.

Still one in 4 for Jelavic. will DCL ever get to that? I can’t see it, I really hope Carlo has a striker in mind in January, Richarlison should stay up top along with a newly signed striker (one with a decent record) then bring a Kean in bit by bit. Goals win games and unfortunately for DCL he doesn’t and a don’t see him ever getting enough.

PL: 16 in ~54 which is almost a 1-in-3

All Comps: 24 in ~66 which is just better than 1-in-3

Add to that 10 assists and a flurry of won penalties and I think he’s done okay. By no means prolific just completely tired of people trying to use stats then not using them properly.
