He actually only needs 1 goal to achieve the 1 in 5. I just think given he'd only scored once in his first 20 he has come a long way. With Richarlison scoring for fun alongside I think they have the potential to be a great partnership.

I personally think given the amount of times he has been played out of position or he has only been a sub either one of these are pretty good for a team that has been in turmoil most of the time.

The first part one goal in 2 games is possible. If you look at DCL and Richarlison goals as a partnership its 8 in 7 PL games which is pretty impressive.

The likes of Lukaku at us, Aubameyang, Aguero, Vardy are firing at 1 in 2

Jimenez 1 in 2.5/3

Our competitors all have better forwards which is why we wont do much long term until we address it.

How some can not see that is baffling.

Competitors? We’re 11th not challenging with the top 5 teams.

That's his all time PL record. This season it is 1 in 2.5 which is slightly better than your hero Jimenez.

The 2nd part is cold hard fact and it's 5-3 to DCL so it's not that I'm manipulating to suit. I still want us to sign a striker in the summer but I believe he is doing a decent job.

But the long term goal is fighting for the top 6/7 no?

Otherwise why appoint one of the worlds best managers on a massive salary spending large amounts to be happy plodding in 11th?

I kind of understand where you are coming from but I just feel a lot on here don't appreciate him enough. He was landed with task of leading the line and at times he has missed good chances but he works really hard for the team. Hopefully next season we will have a shiny new striker DCL, Richarlison and Kean all competing to be our front 2. Whichever doesn't make it will be a very useful sub.

Aguero has scored lots of hat tricks do we need to change his stats accordingly.
