I’m a big fan. Thought he played well.
However, after his flick he’s head was in his hands walking towards the edge of the area.he should have stayed focused on the game and would have been in a great position to follow up when we hit the post

....i’ve always liked him and there’s still areas where he can improve significantly. More specifically, when he gets a chance he needs to have awareness of where he is in relation to the posts/keeper so he can control his finish.

At the moment, he puts so much effort getting on the end of things that he’s not in control of the situation when he connects with the ball. This is particularly the case aerially, where defenders can’t live with him. Once he learns to control headers (like Cahill, Ferguson, Gray) then it’ll be a rich source of goals.
