I think some people don't actually appreciate how far the lad has come since he's signed, constantly demanding more which is a bit unfair given the visible improvement he has shown which can only have come from training hard.(and playing learning his role)

I don't know it irks me a bit, lay off the lad, I'm sure he knows himself what he is good and not so good at.

That's entirely understandable, but as a big strong center forward. If the ball comes into you with your back to goal your job is to shield the ball from your marker. Hold it up and lay the ball off. People like Mark Hughes, Andy Gray, Sharpie and plenty of others over the years where brilliant at it and he's got to improve on that.
