Well it was more about this season moving forward. Kane has had a surprisingly good season and a bit of a renaissance. I still dont think hes massively outscored DCL outside of penalties in an apples for apples comparison though.

Why does he need 30 goals a season? We havent had a striker in my lifetime who scores that many goals. The fellas who can get you that many goals are;
Mbappe
Haaland
Levandowski
Messi
Ronaldo
Neymar

None of them are coming to Everton.

Because he does nothing else. Hold up play average. Doesn’t run with the ball. Does he get assists. You mentioned Kane. He’s on another planets as an all round player. He even has more aggression, he cheats. I don’t see much hunger in DCL.

Well I'd disagree on that. He runs channels well. Wins headers. Holds the ball up well.

Kane is a better all round player, but DCL has been as good as the Kane of this season as a goal scorer.

He seemed like he was in a bit of a dip, and getting injured a fair bit at the back end of Poch. I didn't think he would gel so well for Mourinhos team. Spurs and Kane have done a bit better than I thought they would.
