Expected more from Dominic Calvert-Lewin in the Wolves game this evening, to be honest. Worked hard, as usual, but I thought he looked a little out of sorts. So, a hattrick incoming from the lad against Manchester City.

He could have played Richarlison in a couple of times and didn’t even attempt to. He should have been pulled up about it. It’s not coincidental.

The absolute state of some of the comments on this lad recently on here.

He's improved every single season and has won us more points than any other player and has had an exceptional season.

And yet people are suggesting Chris Wood is better???

I think @Eggs description of him as a player is spot on. He has not much control over headers and just wins headers. He doesn't have much control or as eggs says doesn't calm himself down enough when an opportunity arises. Too rushed with no calmness. His athleticism wins him some challenges (not as many as previously) but with no control or direction
