Wouldn't say he hasn't won me over but I do think he doesn't get involved much anymore in terms of pressing - he used to run himself ragged chasing down balls now he seems to just do a casual stroll.

Likely a tactical thing to keep him in and around the box but if he could do a mix of the two it would be invaluable to the side.
OK so it annoys me that when someone puts a ball in for him to tap home, he doesn't celebrate/show appreciation for the person giving the assist, just runs away in the opposite direction.

If he showed Richy some love after he puts in a peachy ball, he might get more of the same.
Honestly don’t worry about it.

I honestly thought he looked rusty yesterday, didn’t bully the defenders enough. Helped enormously When Richy joined him upfront. I would have been happy for Broadhead to get a run but he took his goal well. FairPlay?.

Cant say i remember him missing a sitter. A couple he might have done a bit better with but no recollection of one close in that he headed wide.
Nothing springs to mind either and there wasn’t anything on MOTD, so it’s unlikely we’ve forgotten it. He did head over in the first half.

Andy Gray would have been proud of his diving header although he was somewhat fortunate the keeper didn’t keep it out.

BBC live text posted 'DCL headed wide from very close in'. Never saw this mentioned anywhere else. Was it a bad miss?

I remember that header, to be fair it was a difficult chance mate, he was under pressure and tried to head it far post, you could see what he was trying to do. There was another chance he had from just inside the box, ball came to him, he shot but it went way wide, was a bad effort and that's the part of his game he needs to work on.

Shearer nailed it yesterday. Just keep feeding him. First time crosses. Every time. The success of that over a season will bear fruit. Teams will try and pre manage that but he's to good in the air. Esp at home i can see this being so lucrative.
Cant stop it if the delivery is good enough.

Errr….

Watch the celebration again mate.. he clearly gestures to Richarlison acknowledging the cross

The header in the first half was a bit of a sitter. Just got beneath it so couldn’t keep it down.

Should have buried it though.
