This is the DCL thread so I have no idea why you’re so taken aback that people are discussing DCL in here?
Ah don't waste your time mate, there just seems to be a thing on here where certain posters seem to want to tell others exactly what their opinions should be, its bang out of order imo. Nobody is right or wrong at the end of the day.

He's a tit isn't he?

Talking about living under a magnifying glass ffs. This isn't a picture of him getting out of his car, it's the front cover of a fashion magazine.

Nobody would be arsed at all either if he was playing well. It's the fact he isn't and doesn't look bothered when he does play that people may not be happy he wants this exposure on the fashion side.

He knows what he is doing as well, no sympathy for him. If he wants to wear a skirt then fair play to him, but he knows what he is doing. He knows what reaction it would have fans.

I do think the clothes stuff is a bit silly from some posters and tbh I say good on him for wearing what he wants. However as I mentioned yesterday a Lampard team is not going to be throwing crosses into a big man upfront imo, he needs to adapt his game a bit if he wants to stay in the team under Lampard. Id be interested to know what Frank thinks of him and Richy and which one he prefers, he might not rate either tbh.
In terms of what he actually wears in his own time etc then yeah I agree there's no need for anyone to even mention that really. I can kind of see where people are coming from with the interviews and photoshoots at the moment. It's not about whether it actually has an impact or not, it's just how it looks. I'm not saying he shouldn't do it, just that if you do that type of thing you know how it looks and you just have to accept the stick that's going to come your way from it.

Totally agree on the set up thing too, and the key issue for him is that the same would apply to most other teams too. There's not many teams who have hanging up high crosses as their main mode of attack these days.

Opinions can be right and wrong can’t they mate? I just see a well functioning debate, and someone who want to shout they’re dead angry with some barely covered bigotry but it’s fun to goad them.

Problem is he used to occupy both centre half’s and be a real handful. You would watch him and think he could be a bit more aggressive but I really wouldn’t want to play against him.

He was a real nuisance.

Now either he is still recovering from being injured, is leaving and isn’t bothered, his head is not on I t for off the field reasons/distractions or he thinks a 6 month purple patch exempts him from putting himself about.

I have no idea what the issue is and have sympathy for him as we create very little but we need hard work at the very least to have any chance of staying up and I’m not seeing it.

Everyone moaning about his photoshoots and interviews etc...... it will be on his time off ffs. The club arent just going to let him miss training for it.

Who cares what a young lad does in his time off as long as he aint robbin old ladies or stuff like that.

Have a word
Bang on, I mean seriously, who honestly gives a flying one what he does in his own time. If you dont like it, just ignore it. Not worth getting the blood pressure up for, life is far too short to give a toss.

Yes, we've been hoping and praying whilst he was injured that he'd come back, straight into form, and save us from this pile of toilet that we find ourselves in. The lad only scores from a few yards out, he isnt a natural finisher, and unless it's on a plate he just isnt going score goals.

This is it in a nutshell.
