A month or 4 it doesn’t matter. He will keep getting these injuries. We need a starter striker. Even if we get 2 year stop gap one.

Happens to everyone apparently every season, evens itself out, just bad luck

Must just be amazing bad luck that we can’t keep any players fit ever and nothing to do with our exemplary medical team and world class training facility

Too many injuries in training / warm ups mate for my liking - Benitez tried to drain the swamp but wasnt given the time to completely finish the job.

Even going back years we've lost the likes of Barkley, Baines, Barry just before seasons commenced to bad injuries in training, DCL another one now.

I think Simon Buttle who posts on here has a source in FF and apparently our conditioning / fitness practices are from the stone age.

That doesn't clarify anything. Reading between the lines that's looking like at least 4-6 weeks at best.


Hopefully the club are downplaying any serious injury in order to stop clubs holding Everton over a barrell concerning the sale of any striker we make an offer for.
