I’ve already said that it’s no surprise he doesn’t offer much when the teams other attacking players perform the way we did today. Put lukaku or Halaand in our team today and they’d have likely looked crap.

Have you ever seen such an embarrassing display. Look how insipid he was compared to Mitrovic...a real forward.

Only seen the 2nd half today and the bad part of dcl,the offside, it was annoying its not that hard to see the line and stay on, he would have still got to the pass and would have probably got us the 3 points that was 1 chance created 2nd half,mitrovic had 10 efforts today no goals how many chances were created for mitrovic to enable him to get them shots away ??
The blame doesn't all lay at the strikers door if we created 10 chances for Lewin in a game and he never scored then I can understand the anger but we created 1 decent chance, we havent created much as a team for lewin or anybody to convert lately never mind 10 in game, lewins not a world beater but its not right to single him out for the lack of chances and goals.

He offers no intelligent movement or any degree of linking up play to encourage that service. And he is very passive for a forward. You cant expect other players to carry the attack HE is supposed to provide.

We are crying out for more creative players and general attacking play in the team I agree, but I can't help thinking we would be better served as a team with a Richy type who can make their own chances. Maybe when we have a better more reliable system were everyone knows their roles and chances come from the fullbacks, wide players, and through the middle and we look a proper threat then we might see the best of Dom.

Iam myself tbh he should be nowhere near the we, he is an average player who is sadly our best option as a striker as it is, we need better and we should be doing all we can to get us better in the January window. I just don't agree with laying all the blame with him for the lack of goals or chances for goals,

Used to bully defenders like Mitrovic did to Coady. Nobody is coming off that pitch saying they enjoyed playing against Mitrovic, are the Fulham defenders saying the same about DCL? Needs to get back to his physical game, hold up ball better and let the defenders know they’re in a game.

I have faith in him, he’s the one forward at the club I would be sad to see go. Needs time and better players around him.

Tried hard and should have scored. First full game since his injury. We are a much better team with him in it.

When Patterson comes back and we create more width, he will get even better.
