No, I'm not 'backtracking' at all. I said I hope he's out for the season now that he's injured. That's not 'wishing an injury on him'. I still hope he's out for the season too, because he's neither use nor ornament to us and it'll force the club's hand to buy a proper striker in January...because if they dont, we're done and dusted in this league.

But you carry on with your clever sophistry if it makes you happy after that midden of a 'performance'.

It's wishing a severe injury on a young lad. Didn't get relegated with him in the past 4 seasons since he has been our first choice striker.

'Clever sophistry' is a good one. Is that your buzz word at the moment? I've never claimed I'm happy with that performance. I've said we need a whole new forward line, including a new striker on the previous pages.

There is no law that says you have to like certain players however wishing injury on any player (ours or any other clubs) is just wrong imo.
