2022/23 Dominic Calvert-Lewin

Hope he's out for the season and we sell him for what we can get next summer.

That way at least this chronic 'kin club will be forced in January to do what it should have done in the summer: FIND A REPLACEMENT FOR RICHARLISON.
Even if you don’t rate him that is a pretty nasty thing to want to happen to a player, let alone one of our own.

I mentioned him 3 seasons ago...and got howled down by the clever people who think that Calvert-Lewin is a top class striker.
Mitrovic’s goal record was utter gash for a long time until he scored 26 in the Championship 4 seasons ago then 43 last season. He’d only hit double figures in the Prem once in 5 seasons for 2 clubs, his first full season at Fulham (11), he’ll do it again this year barring being ruled out for the rest of the year

Ive also suggested at the time Lampard came and he brought Cole with him, might as well bring Drogba with him as well. Defence - Midfield - Attack. { The Chelsea experience } Again got shouted down ! Could there have been a worse shout as to whats going on now scoring goals ?

Our safety is all that matters to me. If he's out for the season it turns the screw on the club to buy his replacement in January.
You can wish for another striker without wishing for him to have a season long injury though.

I’d like to believe that the point has already been made to our management that we need another striker even if Dom is fit for competition/rotation.

That's the only thing that will see this club buying a proper attacker.

I couldnt care less about Calvert Lewin. I care about Everton.

There's something wrong who want Calvert-Lewin getting a game of football for this club.

That lad is nothing - the club is everything.
There's a massive difference between wanting the club to sign a replacement or more competition, and actively hoping a player is injured for the rest of the season.

We need him fit as often as possible. But he is not going to be fit often if we need to rely on him as first choice. We owe it to the player to sign a top forward to take the pressure off him.
