I dont think thats a good idea mate. Getting our youth striker to play against Citys defence as his first PL start? Poor lad will be well demoralised after the game.

not at all, if I was in his position offered a start with the expectation that he will get fookall out of the game, if he gets fookalll out of the game, that was what we expected, anything better than that is a bonus. Young kids are not risk averse and want to play.

He wont do much even if he plays. He needs crosses onto his head to be effective. We'll struggle to get over the halfway line.
We need a pacey striker or two who we hit spaces with and get them turning.
