Could be too sensible that for Frank, besides he might realize there is a chance he is gone by BrightonIt’s sad it has come to this but it would be lunacy to start him v City, or even to give him 20 minutes when we’re 4-0 down. Wiser to keep him as an impact sub for now, being realistic.
That's a lot of aggregatingWouldn't even bother risking him Vs city, game is a write off anyway, get him fit and play him in the next game, games we NEED to be winning. No point aggregating his already fragile body Vs city.
Hahaha autocorrect. CBA changing it now tbhThat's a lot of aggregating
They were always going to say he was back now at the beginning of the window. They think we are all stupidEverton playing the fanbase like grand piano. There must be a transfer window being opened.
If they want to see their share-value rescued from being halved in May they need to hand whoever is manager 2 more strikers to stand a chance of avoiding that. They were always going to say he was back now at the beginning of the window. They think we are all stupid
If we'd bought a proper striker in the last window or even this window, DCL could be used as an impact sub for a run of games....and then be competiton, once fully match fit, for the main striker slot going forward. We gambled on him being fully fit and available at the start of the season, and it backfired. Looks like we're going to gamble again. It’s sad it has come to this but it would be lunacy to start him v City, or even to give him 20 minutes when we’re 4-0 down. Agree with you. It seems he cannot be fully fit in a short time. We should find someone to compete with him.If we'd bought a proper striker in the last window or even this window, Dominic Calvert-Lewin could be used as an impact sub for a run of games....and then be competiton, once fully match fit, for the main striker slot going forward. To whom? Nobody is falling over themselves to sign a player that has gone from one injury to the next for 18 months straight, let alone pay the kind of fee the club would want for our first choice No9.Sell him in Jan
It does feel like that. Like the slow motion inevitable movement towards that Ford Focus stopped over the brow of the hill. Despite slamming on the brakes the crash is now inevitable. Lose tomorrow, Brighton as well, then not even a new manager could save us.If they want to see their share-value rescued from being halved in May they need to hand whoever is manager 2 more strikers to stand a chance of avoiding that.
Their choice. We're just bystanders to the imminent car crash.

No chance he will risk him tomorrow, will need him for a more realistic chance against Brighton. Tomorrow is the game to blood some youngsters we are getting smashed one way or another. Hopefully playing in 2023 will break whatever curses we seem to have acquired over recent years. I'm clutching at straws really, probably getting beat by Brighton aren't we, we're just crap.Wouldn't even bother risking him Vs city, game is a write off anyway, get him fit and play him in the next game, games we NEED to be winning. I dont think thats a good idea mate. Getting our youth striker to play against Citys defence as his first PL start? Poor lad will be well demoralised after the game.I wouldn't play him tomorrow, play tom cannon expecting him to get nothing but it will be PL minutes under his belt against a top defence. Play Dominic Calvert-Lewin in the game after
