he’s had an injury scare, prudent to have him doing lighter work for a few days.

It would be pretty dumb to do anything else, if he sustained a full blown injury everyone would be asking why he wasn’t taking his time
 
After the Arsenal game I understood that Dyche said DCL had a tight hamstring before the game but it was decided to risk playing him for an hour. So maybe not overdoing things this week in training was always the plan. I suppose there might be an update at the presser tomorrow
 

If its good enough for Barcelona/Spain to play with no striker its good enough for Everton.

No worries. Our set piece delivery seemed to improve significantly against Arsenal. More of that and a couple of centre-back goals against the RS and job done ;)
 
The fans need to turn their frustration to the board, what professional football team go into the season with one striker yes thats correct one striker?
So when he gets injured he gets slated by some fans for not producing the goods.
It's the board at fault, it's that simple
Criminal how much pressure DCL has been subjected to by the boards own gross negligence.
