You want your forwards to be able to create chances themselves. There are very few traditional centre forwards in the league any more who are just box strikers.
Creating chances is everyone's responsibility, including the centre forward.
Unbelievable really. He plays every game through January and as soon as the transfer window closes he gets injured the very next game and is now going to likely miss a few massive games. Not getting a striker in Jan is now ranking high on a long list of stupid decisions the club has made recently.

Calvert-Lewin is/was a good CF when fit. But he’s broken. It remains to be seen now long it will take to repair him…if ever.
