Duncan Ferguson seems to be a distant memory - he was always injured and yet we kept him on for the odd game for years.

Hope DCL comes back as I think he's a great player (with limitations) - but of course we can't rely on him.

It's a difficult situation, better off the books but I'd imagine there would be takers for a loan only.

He played half a dozen games in last season's run in to little effect, then he and has body clocked off again this season.

We need to draw a line through his name and forget him. In this relegation fight he's an unwanted distraction.

In the summer we need to be easing him out the door and getting our new attacking options in.
