We can’t even him play in home games. The lad felt tightness and was subbed off as a precaution weeks ago and hasn’t been seen since.

He’s either completely crocked or he’s so paranoid about getting injured his head isn’t right to play. It’s not good news either way.
If he’s fit for tough games just put him ina hotel and don’t let him out til a home game !

so Dyche says he might be back for the weekend. We need to apply the Everton factor into this equation which means he may be back for our last game of the season.

No DCL, no Premier League next season

It's that simple

If Dyche wants to persist with Maupay and not try anything else the we are as good as down.

Doesn't matter how many goals he may or may not score, DCL occupies defenders, drags them out of position, brings others into play, holds the ball up and wins cheap free kicks.

If he plays, I'd say our chances of a result improve 100% because that's how useless we are without him

If they can't medically find anything wrong with him they need to tell him he starting.

We are 99.999% going down without him playing as the other options are atrocious.

If he gets injured again after a few games but we pick up the odd win before that then so be it, we need wins now

I actually don’t even understand the big deal. If he was a 30 goal a year striker I would get it but he nets about ten a year and also takes out pen’s.

I get he’s big and wins headers but surly Simms can do that. Maupay being 5 foot isn’t going to do that. I can’t see why we simply can’t put Simms up there.

Because he is slow, doesn't run and is crap.

We should refuse to sub him off imo
