I'm not going to add to the hysteria, but the boot shape may be true.

Years ago when I played properly, I had the Adidas Predators. However the boot shape was very narrow, it didn't fit my foot properly and honest to God, it impacted me, in all aspects of playing, balance, touch, minutes. It was near crippling, so potentially DCL may be needing a customised shoe.

And before the wise ass comments.
It wasn't cause I was [Poor language removed].
But tue boot didn't help ;)

David Beckham, Freddie Ljundberg and David James say....... hi!

They all did much more modelling than Dominic Calvert-Lewin btw
And to be fair, they all achieved waaaaay more than our Dom. You know, people generally don't give a toss if players model or get addicted to Playstation or whatever once they tend to perform consistently on the pitch. Our Dom's biggest problem is he is never on the pitch. That sets off the cranks.

Depends on what your focus is, most players that stay late after training and put extra effort in every day over 5 years will generally have a better career than players that leave the moment training finishes. I am sure there are anomalies but in general greater focus and effort must result in more skill and technique.
Does he leave the moment training finishes?

It's not a matter of what my ideal of masculinity is ( in my view it's an outmoded concept ). However I don't think the below would work quite as well if Dom was built like a tank, with bulging thighs and calves. And obviously building muscle is how you compensate for specific areas of weakness after injury.

And by the way, I like this picture a lot; to the extent that it is provocative it's good art, Dom just looks cool in it and it breaks down barriers. However, I just wonder whether his leanness is beneficial to his injury recovery.
I mean, look at his left thigh. He isnt exactly scrawny
