Don't think he's likely to get that spot on the bench ahead of Wilson going forwards tbh ladThanks for reiterating what I said.

Not what you said is it friend. Thanks for reiterating what I said.
I don’t know, how would you feel if we were linked with a player who had missed the majority of the last two seasons with chronic injury issues? We’ll get cheeky lowball offers for sure but I’m not sure it would be wise to sell when his stock is at its lowest- get him fit and scoring in the championship and his value shoots back up and could revisit in January or next summer. There will be a lot of clubs interested in him if we drop.
Utterly deluded if you think otherwise.
As a defender. That pass to the Leicester keeper under so much pressure just a yard or so out was cool as you like.If he can stay fit he'll end up in an England squad again.
Same could see spurs trying for him on the cheap if we goI don’t know, how would you feel if we were linked with a player who had missed the majority of the last two seasons with chronic injury issues? We have 4 games left for ant slight chance of survival, for that to happen we need goals. We now finally have a fit striker, who's most prolific period has been focusing on being in the area for any slight chance he can get his head/foot too. he will never score from outside the box, let alone the edge of the box.I don't understand why he'd be better utilised as a penalty box striker when his physicality and hold-up play are streets ahead of his finishing?
He's been a real handful since coming back, especially against Leicester. Similar to Iwobi, he needs to be put in positions where he can put himself about, otherwise he's relying too much on his limited ability on the ball.
Watkins still does a lot of hard running and work for the team, compensating for his lack of natural finishing. The difference now is that Emery has Villa creating enough chances for him because he's a quality manager who knows how to get a team playing. We have 4 games left for ant slight chance of survival, for that to happen we need goals. And we know we don't have enough players to put the ball in the net for us.
Also how much ability did he need on the ball in his best scoring season for us. As long as he gets on the end of enough chances he will score.
look at what Emery has just done with Watkins this season and look at the change its made.
