If United can go for someone like Weghorst on a loan deal they'd at least be willing to do so for DCL with an agreement to purchase if it worked out.

I think you overestimate the level of attackers at the likes of Arsenal and United and defo Spurs soon if Son and Kane move on.

I mean, I'm not talking about a £50M fee for DCL. But he'd defo raise £20M to £25M.
It's not impossible, but between his wages and injury record, I think it'd more likely be a case of a small 'undisclosed' fee to get him off our books.

Fingers crossed DCL stays fit, and proves a lot of the doubters wrong....

IF he can stay fit, he will be getting min 15-20 goals for us next season which will go a long way to keeping us up.

I know we cannot rely on him, and need to bring others in.

But if he is fit, he changes our game and WILL get us goals.

Good for him. Time to get rid of the Urus and get a family wagon with forgiving suspension.

And a night nanny so you get plenty of sleep when junior arrives next season, the little details.

Congrats to him.
Would prefer if he was moved on and wages/fee put to more productive use, but I don't see that happening this summer.
Nor do I see him recovering to the extent he can can offer us what we need, to be consistently fit and scoring enough goals.
If he has another season like the last two, I do think time will be called one way or another, but as it is, that's for another day/year.
