At what point does injured simply become broken?

After the best part of a season off you would hope he is ready for the next one, sadly not.

I mean, this doesn't really make sense lol

If he got injured in like January and has been out since then then sure, but he's been back and out several times. He hasn't had a season off for one injury.

He barely put a run together.

A lot more out than in.

And when he was in, you knew it wouldn't last.

Just like a teenager 🤣

But that's what I mean. It's not like he has spent a load of time recovering from one injury. He's had a few different ones now. It's basically just reset from his injury at the end of the season,

Shouldn't be ready for Fulham, shouldn't play against Fulham. Really hope he doesn't.

Fair enough.

But if you are constantly susceptible to niggles then you are broken, and you are done.

How longs left on his contract?

He came through a "heavy training session" on Saturday according to Dyche. Not sure exactly what that means, but I assume a lot of running

….it’s really difficult to recreate match conditions in a training session. If they get him ready, his preparation for every game will have to be spot on (warm up, stretches etc). The only certainty is that at some point his thigh muscle will ‘pop’ again.

I suspect the lad himself is really down about his situation.

He must be getting close to calling it a day as a footballer. Its a shame he gets injured all the time and seems a good bloke.
