Your every post in here is brimming with joy as you put the boot in over and over

As a renowned grumpy curmudgeon it's good to see you have a bit of fun I guess
I want a forward who regularly scores for Everton. If that's him, great. The last 15 months suggests otherwise though.

You were nowhere to be seen defending this player until after he scored against Palace. Maybe you think one goal every Preston Guild is impressive. I dont.

This doesn’t explain the uncontrollable joy evident in all your posts as you stomp on DCL on a daily basis

….I laugh because I remember a good friend of mine saying exactly the same about Graeme Sharp. Not all central strikers are prolific, Sharp got 111 in 322, mainly playing in a very good team. Not prolific but technically as good a central striker as I’ve seen play for us. Lineker, Gray, Heath and Cottee will bare testament to that.

DCL will never be prolific (currently 46 in 165) but he’ll make a world of difference to this side.

Its not a question of him being good, he’s definitely good. Sadly, it’s a question of whether he can remain fit.

His been injured most of the last 15 months which is hardly his fault, his a footballer not a cyborg.

When he has played his made a huge difference

Dom won’t be going to the World Cup there’s no way he is ready……they should be picking Ivan Toney or someone if they need another striker
And I totally agree.

But thats not based on talent, its based on his injury record for the last 12months and the other players on the list have done more.

I would be pretty peeved if I was Ivan Toney and Dom went ahead of me.

Its a shame, but its how it is.

Because he's such a physical specimen I think the suspicion is he should be as effective as, say, Drogba. Now, of course he's not in good part because he's not surrounded by the Chelsea quality of the day. But I think he's improving. His goal was almost self-created and he now carries himself like a man realising the potency of his physical prowess.

If he can stay fit I can see him doing great things

But they are all ahead of him.

Kane, Saka, Toney, Sterling, Sancho, Grealish, Foden, Abraham, Bowen, Wilson.
Completely forget Bowen existed. I think it'll be pretty close to that line up. Toney offers a similar style been more consistent and available than DCL.

Not sure Sancho will go, but he can fill across the front 3 I suppose.

Personally can't see DCL being taken.
