Beto, we haven’t been paid for yet but you want to sell him. He was 25m by the way.

Maupay was 15, been awful, but sometimes it just doesn’t work at a club. Brentford may have him as he seems comfy there but I think about 5/8m.

Nobody is spending the type of money that DCL was quoted of being worth during the Carlo era. He was doing well and Arsenal were linked with a 60m bid. Since then, he’s been injured constantly and has scored about 10 goals in three years. He’s 27 and on paper probably worth no more than 20m.

Which striker are you looking to sign?

Beto is accounted for. Maupay was £12mil.

Sell Beto, Maupay and DCL, put the money together and sign one player up top.

Id probably look at Jonathan David with Chermiti as backup.

But it does mean we can go for a higher level player and save a packet on wages too.

Instead of adding the money you'd get from selling dcl beto and maupay together - multplie it - works out way more money to buy a replacement.

This is no less non senseical as selling you all your strikers generating 50m and lumping it all on one guy. (If we sold beto I'm sure we'd have to pay off our debt to udinese) - so left with 25m to buy a player like ............ DCL.

We all know he isn't the greatest finisher but christ the amount of effort he puts in cause of the long balls constantly falling on his head is phenomenal and never moans - I can't imagine someone like Nicholas Jackson doing it.

The £25mil for Beto is already on the books and payments will be accounted for.

Selling him wouldnt mean we do not need to still pay off his fee but it would mean that:

A: The money accounted for on the books for him can now be used for someone else.

B: We'd generate FFP profit of £6.25mil and the wages off the books.

C: Effort isnt a substitute for quality if he isnt good enough.

He has one year on his contract. So it's decision time. It would be very difficult, to get someone as good as Dom. The injuries really, hurt him and us. I would like us to offer him a 2 year with option for a 3rd.

We can't afford, to let him go on a free next year. So hopefully he will finish the season strongly.

C. Lack of effort isn’t a substitute for quality either if he doesn’t do enough!!

Beto may be accounted for but I'm sure he is not paid for?

If you sold me your car and I didn't give you the cash - I'm guessing you wouldn't be happy if I sold the car and pocketed the cash.

We clearly don't have much in the wallet these days hence the loans.

Selling beto may mean we make a book profit to buy someone else but this would be a case of kicking a bigger can down our pothole road.

Yawn

I actually think Chris Wood is criminally underrated. If Forest went down I’d take him and bin Beto.
Believe he's the best shots/goal ratio finisher this season. 5 seasons reaching 10g+ playing in a bottom 5 prem side is respectable, had 34 shots in the prem scored 12 goals, good he didn't use his chance against us, pretty surely in 8/10 it's a goal for him.

He's one of Doms bedwetters, la, you'll get nothing but hate from him, direct or vailed.
you sound like one of those justin bieber bielebers. If not kissing his arse you go on a teenage girl hissy fit rant 🤣

Though im disapointed if i dont get a nibble from you now. You've made it more entertaining.

I think the biggest shock to me is the fact he’s 27. Still see him as a young upcoming player.

Zat playing 4d chess and not realising everyone else is playing snakes and ladders
I mean its dead easy and you are just stupid if you dont understand.

We sell Beto, he was free, so we bank ALL that money
We sell DCL for 60million, should be a quick sale
Maupay we can ask City for 20-30m

Then we spend 70million on Jonathan David, who im sure will be swimming over here from France to play for Sean Dyches Big Everton side.

You are either really stupid or you dont get enough sex if you dont understand.

I’m still waiting for the £75m we were getting from the Saudis for Holgate, Gomes and Gray
