Selling Beto is pointless we would get less for him than we paid, better to see if he adapts more next season. Yes he's very raw but I think he can be useful he hasn't really had an extended run in the team to be judged so harshly in my view, I agree Maupay will go and we need an actual target man though...Dry your tears
This would be a fantastic move.
Ive said since not far into last season, Beto & Maupay out and a new CF in.
Cant do much worse than non-scoring centre forwards
Hey @Goat your favourite player is itching to leave Everton and looks like he won’t sign a new contract and wants to join those horse punchers where he’d probably play second fiddle to Isak
How do you feel about him now?
Still goosebumps
Most likely Newcastle want to have three strikers in the squad next season, Isak, Wilson and DCL. Not a bad three to have IMHO.Calum Wilson would be a better solution if available. Newcastle been linked to DCL in the past.
Hahah I think you'll find @Nymzee is the one shedding tears.
Couldn't care less what their options are. I want to know what ours will beMost likely Newcastle want to have three strikers in the squad next season, Isak, Wilson and DCL. Not a bad three to have IMHO.
He controls and passes the ball well, very wellHe's a physical striker that puts himself about and scores 5 goals.
We need to sell Beto and Maupay, and sign 3 strikers in. I'd go for that one from Luton Town, scored a few for them.
Two questions:
1. He'll need to be replaced. The other two, through inexperience or ability, have not shown enough to handle those minutes under Dyche. How much will his replacement cost.
2. How important is he to our league position? If we are talking about hierarchy in the table, not much. If we are talking about relegation, he's a 150 million player.
If his market value is below any of the above, there's a strong case to keep him.

Why would I? I love Dom, I want him to leave Everton.
Yes, it's actually possible for a departing player to be a bit of a loss whilst also a serious opportunity for upgrading. Will we miss him? If he is not replaced, yes. However, DCL should not be our ceiling. When I say "DCL", I mean the fella who, whilst reasonably effective, is only available for a fraction of our season. He was available for most of last season, and underwhelmed. He was unavailable for most of the previous. THAT player can most definitely be effectively replaced. It’s not impossible to replace him. If he doesn’t want to sign a new contract then thanks very much and bye bye.
All of whom could clog up the treatment room. RiskyMost likely Newcastle want to have three strikers in the squad next season, Isak, Wilson and DCL. Not a bad three to have IMHO.
Dom has averaged 8 a season, throw in his injury record and getting a decent fee for him would be good business .He's a physical striker that puts himself about and scores 5 goals.
