The fact we had no corners illustrates what im saying, we are less about banging in endless crosses any more and more about trying to get the ball into feet and prorgress the play centraly or incivicelet through the flanks.

Last year we just went direct or banged in crosses - its a strength of Dom admittedly - but like i say think the change doesn't suit him - because hes not a finisher.

Ah Newcastle, sorry i was thinking of Palace, quite surprised we had 12 touches in the box.

Yeah cant sya my expectations are beyond that currently against teams who've made big investment and going for Europe to be honest. Surprised its 12.

I think a better gauge is against the likes of Palace and Ipswich, Bounrmouth etc who we will be in and around.

You made a lot of good points. I suppose you could have the view that the other poster Is a Visitor (like in the series, V)

As for DCL incredible interview headline from someone who neither left the club in the summer nor extended his deal.

Used to rate him but hes left me with a bad taste due to this contract situation -- plenty of forwards out there that can score in 1 v 1 situations.

Wow, well I dont really have any interest in him, but that means he now has 7 goals on the season, AKA as much as DCL has had in any year except from December 2019 to December 2020.

There are better options for us out there, this is thankfully the low point in our striker options.
