Not in the least - I mean what - he can get lost once his contract up, it’s business, but I’m not interested in his personal growth and how he’s growing into being Everton’s no 9, when he’s negotiating with other clubs, it’s total BS. Triggering is strong, but I have a lot of sympathy for DCL's fate with us, he was even played at right back under Koeman, been booed by his own supporters after breaking his cheekbone, been a target of abuse for his fashion shoots, been honest about his mental health struggles which also for some reason spiked controversy. Where was your loyalty to the club when Kenwright tried to sink us for all those years?

Stop playing the man, and play the ball ;)

He will be loss mate, his build up play and physical presence are excellent. But we are already beginning to out grow him. The chances we are creating vs finishing are evidence of that.

I also think at this stage we need to keep him u til the summer, the disruption is to much but it’s bad management by the club.

I think when he goes we will see a different style if play, it’s probably time he moves and we move on truth - how its happening in terms of the contract, levees a bad taste for me.

The article today was stupid by the club and by him!

Let’s be clear here you started interacting with me about Bill Kenwright, (off topic) so don’t start playing bunny now about off topic, secondly your not making intelligible points, you think your debating, you’ve jumped around topics, self disclosed you’ve multiple accounts, talked about Bill Kenwright, told me I’ve lost my head, admist ranting about my posts from a decade ago now trying to shut down, Dude I don’t even know who you are! 😂 Oh and we’re back to Bill, you’re all over the place lid.

Christ. Let's disect this bit by it seeing as I have a spare few mins:

"Let’s be clear head you started interacting with me about Bill Kemright, (off topic) so don’t start playing bunny now about off topic" - The comparison is a fair one, BK fleeced the club, DCL hasn't, your support for one but not the other is hypocritical. It's not off topic, it's comparing the OP to another person.

"you think your debating, you’ve jumped around topics" I've stayed on DCL the entire conversation as the last couple of pages will show.

"self disclosed you’ve multiple accounts" I haven't at all, I have stated that this seems to be the go to for someone when they're losing an argument on here

"talked about Bill Kenwright, told me I’ve lost my head, admist ranting about my posts from a decade ago now trying to shut down" - I haven't admitted to ranting about your posts from a decade ago, I said I've read over the years your support for Bill, I've not commented on it once. I'm not shutting it down, I'm still making the comparison, if anything you telling me the comparison is "off topic" seems to insinuate it's you doing that.

"Dude I don’t even know who you are! 😂 " - Bit weird wanting to know who I am, it's an internet forum, you can DM me for my number if you want to send feet pics I guess?

Not in the slightest I’m afraid you’ve talked more about Bill Kenwright and my opinion of him - then any opinion on DCL - you’ve tried to compare Bill Kenwright to a professional footballer in monetary terms, which frankly is non sensical, you’d be laughed out of a room. You haven’t really made a point.

You have come on, tried to undermine my posted opinion based on what I think of Bill, then when you are taken to the wood shed, you complain about personal attacks - “ play the man not the ball” and then play the victim. Keep the gloves on if you start swinging, it’s no fun if you go into victim mode. Thus far we know your an exposter and multi. Which makes credibility difficult.

I always take it as a bit of a compliment when people remember my posts going back a while so thanks for that, hey places like this are 9 times out of ten about impression.

About as weird as multiple accounts, to be honest, I’ve never noticed you or your posts until you started quoting me a while ago - curious your an ex poster. When someone starts talking about you and your content from decades ago - i think you’d agree it’s a bit weird and unsettling. One of us might have lost our head alight!

I’d agree once he plays for Everton it’s all about the team, if you undermine him, you undermine the team, abuse goes no where - Im far from happy with his and the clubs actions around his contract - both culpable - but if he and the club are posting cozy up BS articles - then I’m calling it insincere patronising BS.

Your views are at the complete opposite to mine on every single sentence, so I don't think there's much point going on further, it's just opinion at this stage and we have nothing in common here on this. As I said, good chat, except for the personal abuse, it's always good to show your true colours now and again! Let's just hope DCL starts slotting soon.

True colours for sure mate, it’s been both revealing and non revealing, curious though! ;)
 

He needs to keep his darned mouth shut until such point as he signs a contract extension or confirms that he intends to leave on a free transfer in the summer. My preference would be he signs a contract as long as it's not at an extortionate cost to the club, as I see him as a squad player under the new owners once a better striker is brought in. He'd be a very useful tool off the bench. But if he doesn't want to stay, stop coming out with what a pleasure and honour it is to represent the club and focus on this season and then your new club next season.
