Maybe start them both and try to actually win a game by playing positive attacking football.I think Beto should start next game btw but we’ve done this dance before and it doesnt end well.

It’s pointless to think about. It will be the same starting 11 next game.Maybe start them both and try to actually win a game by playing positive attacking football.
They were all poor yesterday Eggs - made up we came away with a 1-1 draw was a miracle - Fulham were everything we could not be Silva was fuming - MOTD - showed the distance between our midfield & DCL 30 yards away - any no 9 would struggle - in the end we went 4 4 2 - & it paid off with a good goal in a good move - away it is a different story as we counter-attack - at home we struggle when we have to try & take the game to any team in our set-up ...….despite the misses, thought he was good at Ipswich but poor yesterday. I’m not sure he’s dying for the Everton cause at the moment but he knows he’s playing to attract suitors as his contract runs down. Hopefully Broja can put pressure on for a starting place.

Dyche when asked about 4 - 4 - 2 - our midfield is not good enough to play it - its OK for the last ten minutes when chasing a game - but we should & could have been 4 -0 down by then ... Fulham missed easy chances ....
Joey just to be clear this "hoofball"you often talk about, it was in evidence yesterday more than ever, a disgrace and an emabarrassment against a team like Fulham. I would say though it is not quite correct that this is only affecting the "isolated" dcl. Both Mcneil and Harrison were targeted with the hoof as much as him. Pointless balls that were often ridiculously difficult to control. Pickfords low driven and clinical hoofs and Tarkowskis magnificent diagonal 80 yard hoofs are now wearing thin. Playing out from the back is probably beyond us so i'm buggered if i know how we change it.They were all poor yesterday Eggs - made up we came away with a 1-1 draw was a miracle - Fulham were everything we could not be Silva was fuming - MOTD - showed the distance between our midfield & DCL 30 yards away - any no 9 would struggle - in the end we went 4 4 2 - & it paid off with a good goal in a good move - away it is a different story as we counter-attack - at home we struggle when we have to try & take the game to any team in our set-up ...

We can all dream mate.Maybe start them both and try to actually win a game by playing positive attacking football.
Totally agree with all that so its the manager - you watch DCL to me looks knackered - but he will put the same formation same team out - away though we look better as we defend more & move forwards on breakaways .... Dyche is the problem his favourites get a game - Tarkowiski - IMO has played via injury & was awful yesterday in defence .....Joey just to be clear this "hoofball"you often talk about, it was in evidence yesterday more than ever, a disgrace and an emabarrassment against a team like Fulham. On the upside we mustn't forget we still have a few very good players out injured. However we cannot serve any more of that dross up in the last few home games ever at Goodison. It must not be allowed.Totally agree with all that so its the manager - you watch DCL to me looks knackered - but he will put the same formation same team out - away though we look better as we defend more & move forwards on breakaways ....
