2024/25 Dominic Calvert-Lewin

Just looked like he was going through the motions today. Just watching his movement, a nice easy afternoon for the Chelsea centre halves
Hes been going through the motions all season. Hes not interested, and its amazing we continue to roll out a player who wont make any effort, just because. He left us last season, it just wont be official for another 6 months.

I hope thats his last match in an Everton shirt. Broja should start now. If we have a clause to buy him we need to see him now hes fit. Calvert lewin can **** *** to fulham or brentford and get the big signing on fee he wants. Ta ra.

Broja needs to concentrate on making the bench first. If he's not achieving that, making a difference on the pitch isn't likely. Yes Dyche is obstinate and conservative in chosing players he knows and have played for him before, but being 4th in line of 4 isn't a great sign of his capabilities.

I'd be more concerned that if Broja doesn't play in a certain percentage of games once he's fit then we have to pay Chelsea compensation. Not going to bankrupt us with the new owners, but it would reduce the amount we could spend on new players to some small degree.

?

Broja will be in the team as long as he’s healthy and we’re not playing Chelsea.

Is broja really 4th in line? He has been brought on against wolves and arsenal for calvert lewin and he's done well. He wasnt in the squad today but thats coz he's on loan from chelsea. Personally if he is fit i would start him.

D'oh. Forgot that. That Chermiti is back though makes me think they're fighting it out for third in line.
Yep. It was bad luck chermiti got injured when he did. He was starting to show bits of quality. I hope chermiti and broja stay fit and push each other for a place in the team. Its good to have players who have a point to prove. Calvert lewin has clocked off for Everton.

Jermaine Beckford has hit out at Dominic Calvert-Lewin after being unimpressed by his performances for Everton this season.

The former striker believes the England international is in a comfort zone on Merseyside and is not giving his 100 per cent for the Toffees anymore.

Beckford is, therefore, of the view that a move away from Goodison Park might be the best option for both the club and the player.

Dominic Calvert-Lewin has been at the club for a long, long time and without realising it, I think he’s getting comfortable”, he said on BBC’s The Football News Show (20 December).

That’s a scary and dangerous place to be because you don’t realise you’re not giving 100 per cent every single week, you feel like you are, but you’re not doing the things that you used to do".

He would know what an unimpressive Everton striker looks like.

I'm no fan but i'll cut him a bit of slack in that if you look at Haaland right now. City have fallen off a cliff and so has the service. The goals have dried up for Haaland. And he needs service as he does very little outside the box. So there is that service thing.
But....
2 goals by Xmas is Crap. He should be on minimum 5. He needs dropping if Broja is now available. The clubs proper carrying him right now.
