I'd say the 30 million we wanted meant that clubs didn't even get to the personal terms conversations.
Even though I don't rate him at all, I have no idea why he knocked back that Newcastle move if it was as far along as reported. Can't see who's offering him a big contract now.
The likes of Liam Delap, Cunha and Jamie Vardy must have some tremendous service if that's all that's stopping Dom from catching up with them!

Were we looking for that much? I thought that Newcastle were considering a move and had talked with Dom`s reps, and then it fell through.

I think it should b mentioned that very few fans booed him off the large majority of fans applauded him off, I’m a fan of Dominic but this season he has been keeping himself from giving his all like he has done in the past, losing the ball too easily instead of fighting for the ball and I know he doesn’t get many chances offered up to him but he has missed quite a few one on ones. I think he will go at the end of the season and get a very good contract somewhere else so good luck to him in the future.

I knew then he will want to leave as he sarcastically clapped the fans.
He suffers with mental health issues as well. Maybe he wants to feel loved and never has been here.
Think of Dyche’s first game against Arsenal and the Derby last season and that is what Dom is capable of.
Such a waste of a good player.
Maybe It’s best for him and us he moves on. Unless we can get behind him and sing his name out loud as I think his confidence is shot.

This is reluctantly the case really.
The reality is though, nobody reallyp wanted him. An offer came in for around 10m on deadline day. With his injury record people just weren't interested. It doesn't sound like Thelwell is massively keen to sign him down either.
