Honestly I cursed him when he screwed up that absolute sitter late on on Wednesday. Not that he needed anymore cursing, but that lad should be very grateful for the salary he's on. Still as modern footbally evolves, he'll probably get a vastly improved contract next season. Just glad that that most probably won't be at Everton.

I wouldn't want to keep him now if his new contract was only 50k pw.

I’m not defending him, but the video opens with a shot that misses over the bar, and then follows with a series of bad passes,nervous layoffs under minimal pressure, and a few lucky bounces. You’d expect a “welcome to” video to cherry pick things that make a player look good.
