I accept it was time to part ways but this injury has put us in loads of trouble!plus the Broja c9ck up does not help us either !

I know mate, hopefully he gets fit and helps but do you have any faith anymore it will be back for a few weeks the out again, I havnt.
Beto isn't good enough , but he will still outscore him over a run of games, in an ideal world I would sell him and bring in two different strikers.
Not going to happen in reality but we can hope.
Broja was a gamble that hasn't paid off unfortunately for him and us.

A sensible club would have pulled it a long time ago when it was left unsigned for months on end.

I hope we don`t go all sentimental and offer him a deal he`ll take. It`s well past time we should have decided to cut ties with him and went all out to bring in a CF to lead the line for the next 5 years or so. Giving him another deal will only limit us on what we can offer a good CF.

It's gonna be expensive just to buy two strikers capable and with enough quality to start games for us in the summer, which is what we need. Chermiti as third option. That's not even touching the sides of what we need for the squad.

Got to be a zero percent chance he comes back next year. Even if you could convince yourself that the man will somehow begin to score goals, he's constantly not available.

For whatever reason you want to make up he's scored 17 league goals in the last 4 seasons, including a number of penalties. The 4.25 goals per season has to end if we want to push on

Tbh I’d throw him a pity £50k a week contract. Cannot see who else would take a risk on him, certainly not in the £100k+ a week bracket. Lad just doesn’t stay fit.
