2024/25 Dominic Calvert-Lewin

He crocked mate, always leaving us as his wage demand was turned down .... so much hatred towards one player in a poor team ....
Don't think anyone hates him @Joey66 . I don't see why anyone would.

It's not his fault we haven't replaced him with anything better but I can understand the frustration people feel at being constantly told he is some world beater we are lucky to have turn up with his 5 goals a year.

I think his body is no longer up to 100mph Sat/Wed/Sat/Wed etc Premier League football - hence his alleged move abroad to a 'slower' foreign league.
Except we are not a team that plays at anywhere close to 100mph or even plays twice a week for the vast majority of the season, and it's still an issue. Wouldn't be a surprise if he went to Serie A in the summer or the like.

Shame as i think he would have gone on a run and we will miss his hold up, more so away from home
The first bit of this is what makes me chuckle. The guy hasn't gone on a run in 4 years now but "this time!" it'll totally be different for some reason... unless you meant a non-scoring run, which might be right. ~16 games no goals in the first half of this season, ~18 games no goals in the middle of last? Something like that. Until the club addresses we have no significant goal scorers in the team, we'll always be down the bottom.

dum dum dum dudu dumdum
dum dum dum dudu dumdum
Dyche Dyche baby
Sure a big factor no doubt, but the year before Dyche got here it was 2 goals in 17 games, the year before that it was 5 in 17. Whoever you have in the dugout doesn't alter the fact this lad just misses way too many chances, and has for years. If we want to progress we need better than a 27 y/o striker who is worth 6 or 7 goals a season, or it'll just be a neverending series of excuses and "if onlys".
