No more of this exploration with Holgate as a wing back, dominate games from midfield, sacrifice some width until we get Bolasie and Coleman back on the right hand side and just play narrow. Every game, we should be playing with 2 9's and 2 10's. None of this Sigurdsson on the left nonsense and Rooney upfront. Make me manager, I'll take us to the Champions League. Change the formation and introduce Vlasic's, Mirallas's and the Lookman's late in games.

You just know him and Baines will get injured
...one of the first names on the team sheet for me because of the balance of the team. I suspect Rooney will be used up top, however, which will also allow Sigurdsson to play the no10 role. We haven't truly seen how that partnership will work as yet.

Keane is the one I am most concerned about...
Could play with 2x 10's behind DCL that float wide either side.
In fairness the averageness of our CB options were covered last season by the 95 def mids in front of them, so I think Keane being out would just mean the same tactics and generally decent defensive stats, if not actual decent performances by defenders

Think he'll mix it up Eggs. No doubt both Rooney and Sandro will play some games up top to give the lad a bresk. Wouldnt be surprised to see Niasse on the bench for some games.
Just looked at the fixture list this Autumn and they are coming thick and fast. Especially if we beat Sunderland. No gimmies in the EL either where ee can take a breather.
