He's a young kid who has just put an almighty shift in during a pressure game. Won a pen, put pressure under Hart for the 3rd, earned the corner for the 4th with an effort that was going in.

A long way to to but he's learning the hard way in a team lacking a lot of things.

It amazing some blues expect dcl to suddenly become Alan shearer or jon jo Kenny to be cafu it's all about development and gaining experience at this age

He has improved a lot over the last 12 months. Just needs to be spending extra hours everyday on finishing & he will be really useful.

Led the line ok. Guess it’s a bit harsh because he takes the hits for 90 mins then Niasse comes on and takes advantage of tired defending. Still not sure if he has the goal scoring nouse like a Rooney or Lukaku has just to be in the right place to score.

Good player that needs game time and would benefit from a team with more confidence. Has to learn when to chase and when to stay back...seems to chase too many lost causes which impact his energy levels at the end of games.

Nice lad, but no where near good enough to be a striker for a prem team at the moment. Maybe in the future.

Strikers can be sensitive souls though. Maybe he needs an arm round the shoulder? Told he is gonna be good enough, he will get game time this season and will score his fair share of goals for us. But is still learning. which you would be at anything at 20 years of age

I do like DCL... but he's not good enough yet... he has promise but you can't have a striker that doesn't score playing alone up top.

I love his attitude and he has games where his touch is great and brings others into play... but his finishing is no where near what it needs to be .
