DCL has come out on the official site and said he is Hungary and fresh, is this because he has scored a free header from 2 yards out?
Or is it to give us all a lift.

The guy is not premiership quality at this stage in his career and should be out on loan somewhere
He plays like a child. Has the body of a child. Not yet good enough for premier league football. Niasse is our only decent forward.

Should start in our next game. For the way we play, he is the only option up front. Niasse off the bench. Sig left. Walcott right. Rooney Gueye Davies middle.
So you want a striker that produces nothing up front, he sort of holds up the ball ok'ish but it's always lands back with the other team within seconds, putting our defence under pressure again, playing a striker to hold up the ball isn't the way we should play it never seems to work for us, pace works if Walcott and Bolasie are on there game Niasse ability to get in there will get us many scoring chances, that's the way we should play.

Still only 20. In an ideal world (The one in which we signed a top striker in the summer) he would be starting every week for a decent footballing Championship side fighting for promotion.

I absolutely want a striker who can hold the ball. All we do is hit hopeful punts into the channel so we need someone who will chase, hassle, and hold the ball and get us up the field where Siguurdson Rooney and Walcott can get involved and provide the quality.

Niasse is proven to be average when starting and very effective in the last third of games. Definitely a sub for me. Every single game. DCL is frustrating as he's a poor finisher but he is by far our best option currently IMO.

DCL for me has come on leaps & bounds from last year, the lad is still only 20 & has a great future ahead of him....

Has shown considerable improvement & has led the line well in the games he has started, if he continues to improve the same next year we will have a good premiership player in the making....

Have high hopes on the lad & he has shown great attitude too...

I hope your right, but I feel it's very unlikely he will ever become at best a bottom half PL striker. After we have come out of this Joke of a season and actually get decent players in rather than just waste money on unproven PL players, I hope our purchases are much better and a very good striker will be bought (that's if Tosun fails) I do hope he does come a prove he's that striker, but I think next season DCL will have very limited chances so a loan out will be his best option.

At this moment in time I 100% agree, I'm sure we won't be relegated but if Niasse hadn't have scored them goals we could be very close to going down.

We get it mate, you don't like DCL, you don't have to repeat it every post.

I wouldn't say I don't like him as I don't know him, but from what I've seen of him he seems a decent lad, it's just I don't rate his footballing ability, as a person I have nothing against him at all.

DCL.

Niasse on for last 20 if needed.

All day long.
It's strange there's the difference of view between these two, we have had investment sold our best striker, bought another 27 million striker and the choice seems to be between these two. I'd acaully like to see up play the two of them up front, they both struggle on their own so they possibly could work together well, actually they sort of did for the goal against Arsenal, I have always hated playing one up front all of the time, it did work when Cahill was here as he help the striker out a lot and Lukaku did well against weaker sides in his own, but imo you have to be very good for it to work constantly.
