The next Graeme Sharp, vault me.

..yep, I mentioned he was a Graeme Sharp 'type' when I saw him play his first games at U23 level after joining the club. I also said he'd have a great chance of breaking through before last January's transfer window because he had no real competition.

He's technically good with his back to goal and he's very decent in the air (despite the howler at Hull). Added to that, I think he's a very good professional who listens to his coaches and does his bit for the team even if playing out of position. I'm still waiting for a 'wow' moment in the first team, although he scored a fine goal for the U23s against Man City last season.

Winner at the pit, it's written.

Potential - yes , but we need more up top if we are going to have a great season. Sandro is a plus , but we need more fire power. Rooney could be the answer , but i think we missed a trick on not snapping up Chicarito.

But as has been said before , he can hold the ball up and if we can feed off him , things could happen

He's done nothing of note since he broke into the team.

Hasn't got one attribute to his game that makes me feel he deserves a place in the side over others.
I couldn't tell you where this lad is best played. What position is he supposed to be a specialist at? I haven't got a clue about that.

I'd say he's not ready for CF yet (maybe in Europa/ League cup, but not EPL). Needs to bulk up. Stick him on the left where he offers more physically presence than Mirallas. Gives an option to knock high balls, which he will compete for.
