No, I don't accept your meek "soz lads called him wrong" apologies you cowardly shitheads. Ronald Koeman (you may have heard of him) put his considerable football faith and judgement in the lad and sent him out there in royal blue and what did many of you? Write him off, say he's not worthy of the shirt, all after a handful of games.

Because you, in your narcisstic haze, think you can tell a player better than Ronald Koeman. And you, yes YOU, think that getting on the back of young lads eagerly trying to forge a career at your beloved Everton need a fat dull texan like you berating them and their confidence.

This stops here you tits. Get off Klaassen's back too before taking a moment to realise that you should think before you speak. That there's no prizes for calling one of your own players crap before anyone else does you bad weirdos.

Pipe down and get before us to offer grovelling apologies or by the good grace of Jah I will vault every single last one of you ferrets.

Why rush to write young Everton players off based on a handful of games though? At lease come and explain why you did it lads. Get out then shadows or we will vault you out of them. Your fellow blues deserves answers and assurances this will not happen again. Thank you.

I remember signing Lukaku and him plundering loads of goals and in his second season he went through a wee barren spell and the knives were out from some, despite it being clear as day he is a top young striker and guarantee of goals. I'd like to think that @Tubey and others who I will be honourable and not name will be big enough to come in this thread and offer advice for the Calvert-Lewin detractors. To give the lad some time. He's no Lukaku as of yet but we didn't pay £28m for him either. He's a bargain and a credit to Unsworth for pursuing him.

Yet it took less than ten games for some of you to ridicule him because his FIFA stats didn't match up or you wanted to be a top critique lar.

This is why you are still and probably will always be the best poster on here. Never change

Ah. But perhaps not so "hopeless," eh?
Fair point.

But far from a first team player - in a team going places that is. He could have comfortably fitted the Vaughan/Anichebe quality criteria Moyes accepted a few seasons back...but that would be to deteriorate wouldn't it?

Clearly from that angle Walker has a sly look then clouts DCL on the chin.

And to think DCL got enormous stick for diving/simulation/feigning injury from all quarters (particularly Sky who for some reason preferred to use other angles that showed no contact), is bang out of order.

I don't really understand why people have been saying he was unlucky. A shoulder to the head is no better than an elbow or fist. It's basically what the lad from New Zealand got sent off for in the lions series
