Put a shift in again for the team. Great attitude.

Finishing will improve but good his getting the chances

Got roasted by Jordan for his part in the peno. Hel learn

..I think he's doing just fine.

Thought he played well last night.

Of course if we want to try and win things this season then we need another striker, but DCL will be a valuable squad player this season and will learn loads of the quality players around him.

..I did too. His pace is surprising me and he went past that full back on a number of occasions. Can't believe some want to see him out on loan, I think he'll be a key member of the squad this season. He will only get better.

That's just the ones that deemed him not good enough already. Those shouts have died down a bit since the start of the season i and the end of pre-season I believe, as they have realised he is a valuable part of Ronko's squad and need to deal with it.

All we've realised is that Ronko is going to pick him regardless, not that he's particularly valuable or cannot be improved on.

Of course he can be improved on, both by a more experienced and advanced striker and also him improving himself.

Ronko picks him on merit.

Of course we are a bit light up top at present, is Sandro was fit he might not have played last night, but I am sure he gets picked for what the staff see in him and he has contributed greatly in the last 2 matches.

Just looks a bit clueless too often at key moments. His control is poor for me. He cant be the future for this club. I've watched him a number of times now and while he shows lots of endeavour there just isn't the very top quality in terms of touch and decision making you want to see from a PL striker.

He's 20 though, mate. There's still time for him to improve.

I wasn't sure last season, but he's shown enough in the past month to make me believe he has something.
