She broke laws destroying the evidence for a start.
Her campaign has been proved to be responsible for starting the violence at Trump rallies.

It has been rigged in a way which is what he said.

Whether that means they will go to the depths of actual voting fraud I honestly doubt but I don't doubt the possibility especially considering there is a little bit of evidence that is actually going on. Including the steps by Soros etc to increase the oversees vote.

It doesn't justify questioning the legitimacy of our democracy.

It is setting a really bad precedent...especially if he refuses to accept the result of the election if Clinton wins.

The peaceful transfer of power is a fundamental aspect of our democracy.

Don't even try to compare the Gore/Bush election. It's not even the same thing.

May have is just a term because they can't say she did break the law because that presumes she's legally guilty and since she hasn't been found guilty that's libel.

Just because the FBI chose not to prosecute doesn't mean she didn't break the law.

Why not compare it to Clinton and Gore when they lost against Bush. He took it all the way to the supreme court and left a political vacuum for a month. Trump is just saying I will wait to see because I don't trust my opponent and the system and given what he's had to contend with I don't blame him.

I've noticed this about you. You act exasperated to try and indicate what I say is ludicrous. It's not exactly a very constructive debating technique.

In general police chose not to proceed with a prosecution all the time even if they think the person is guilty.

Is she had been indicted and found innocent in court then fair enough but she hasn't.
 
Do Mericans actually talk about policies in their elections?

It seems to me to be a toss up between someone who has a shady past who some accuse of criminality who supports a sexually abusive partner, and another who is accused of being a sexually abusive predator who some accuse of being ethically unsound and a borderline racist.

Actually the debate last night was mostly about policy up until Hillary smeared Donald by saying he hired undocumented workers for Trump Tower then Trump got angry and things went downhill from there.

btw - He didn't hire undocumented workers. A consultancy firm he hired hired them.

You can't compare them. Gore conceded the election, then retracted it once the vote became so close.
