Donald Trump for President Thread

He didn't say that. He said that there's no way he can know beforehand because he doesn't trust the establishment.

e.g. Look at the Republican party primaries. He was asked if he lost would he support the candidate who won. It's a similar thing and he first said he wouldn't and then he did make the same pledge as the rest.

What we also have to remember is that it was the other GOP candidates who in the end didn't support him.

No what he says over and over again is that the election is rigged and did nothing last night to dispute that when asked.

A candidate for POTUS questioning the legitimacy of our democratic process is irresponsible and sets a very dangerous precedent. As I said it borders on criminal behavior.

He is repugnant and a danger to this country.

Trump is caught on audio/video saying he does illegal things (grope women without consent): Never happened. He is just self aggrandizing. It is part of his pubic persona. There's no proof. You can't believe people coming forward now saying they saw/experienced it.

Democratic operative is caught on audio/video saying he does illegal things (voter fraud): This absolutely happened. Couldn't possibly be a guy self aggrandizing. It would hurt his reputation. There's proof. People have seen it.

The level of cognitive dissonance is astounding

I think they both did what they said they did. What then?

We'll just ignore the campaigner for the democrats talking election fraud shall we?

He gave his reasons.

1. The collusion between the media and the Clinton organization.
2. The fact that Hillary should never even be running since she should be up on charges.
3. The evidence of voting fraud that is out there.
4. The fact both parties essentially have been campaigning against him.
5. The fact that after he won the necessary votes to get the nomination there were still many people in the media saying it would have been OK if the electors simply ignored the votes and voted their conscience instead.
6. The debate moderators were a disgrace.

It has been rigged in a way which is what he said.

Whether that means they will go to the depths of actual voting fraud I honestly doubt but I don't doubt the possibility especially considering there is a little bit of evidence that is actually going on. Including the steps by Soros etc to increase the oversees vote.

I work in games.

The programming on games is generally not the most secure thing largely because of time and expense...more focus is put to gameplay systems than backend stuff. And we're not talking about whether it can be cracked - of course it can - computers do that kind of thing really well. My argument is doing it without a trace that it has occurred is a totally different beast, and not just something you can easily spin up.

I would hope that voting machines are not connected to any network, honestly...maybe they are though...that would be troubling, but with proper security, logging, and monitoring I'm still having trouble with the idea of 'no one would ever see it'.

How about paper ballots (and nothing but paper ballots), tightly monitored registration and tracking with citzenship and address confirmation, and voter ID confirmation at the polls. Plus, you have to dye your thumb blue so you can't vote more than once.

Compared to international standards, our system is frankly shocking.

And that's the problem. You are voting for either.

1. Someone who is an ass especially around women but probably has the interests of Americans in mind.
2. Someone who is willing to do anything to get power including break any law she needs to. Ultimately anyone who is even thinking of voting fraud has no respect for the democratic will and that in my opinion disqualifies her.

Dying it blue? Are you a liberal plant? Probably going to game the system with your ideas.

Why can't we just, like, stop being aholes to each other and try and work together for five seconds? And like...stop trying to use confusion and fear to take away rights? Wouldn't that be ace?

What possibly gave you that idea? Donald Trump has never had anyone's interests in mind except for his own. It's like his whole persona and has been since the 80s.
