What possibly gave you that idea? Donald Trump has never had anyone's interests in mind except for his own. It's like his whole persona and has been since the 80s.

Trump wants to be loved and that would mean he do what's best for the American people rather than special interests.

Ultimately I think his narcissism would require that. Whether he has the ability is a completely different question.

However I suspect Pence would run the day to day government and Trump would be nothing more than a figurehead maybe involved with his wall. The story was that when Trump asked Kasich Trump's team said that his responsibilities would be domestic and foreign policy and Kasich asked "What would Donald do" and Donald's team said "He would be off making America Great Again."

Going well - took six days to get power back and we got a little water damage, but we're back to what passes for normal around here. When you look at the old growth canopied oaks in this neighborhood, you understand the problems with power outages. Our outages are very complex to fix and the overall # of folks affected is relatively small. Hence, we wait. We get the benefits when the weather is good.

Cats are back in firm control. All is well.

Yea it's really weird if the Kasich story is true because Kasich was I believe the only Republican nominee backed by Soros and is a big open borders/free trade guy.

I think that was before the owner of Breitbart took over Trump's campaign. Since then Trump has definitely moved from just saying anything he thought people would like for shock value to actually having a coordinated campaign and policy - he's now Breitbart's puppet. Although Trump being Trump still manages to mess it up from time to time. lol
 
Even though my head absolutely says that Clinton would be the best choice for POTUS, there's something that I'd call my narcissistic tendencies that wants Trump to win. Sort of like Brexit, my narcissistic side got the best of me on that occasion, unfortunately.
