I find it rather incredulous that the presidency will have been almost monopolised by the Bush and Clinton dynasties over the last couple of generations in a nation of 350m people... Politics today is a patriarchal system rather than a democratic one.

It is ridiculous. How can Bush-Clinton-Bush-Obama-Clinton/Bush(?) be considered a healthy or to be honest even functioning democracy?
