didnt chelsea or arsenal already get rid of these guys? more scraps. were not going to win the league wasting money on these guys
 

if you can tell me that these two guys are going to help everton compete for the league title you can flial as many insults at me as you want im cool with it. i dont believe that would be the case. youre going to spend a 6m transfer fee on guys who arent going to help you win the title. guys who the elite teams have already said "this guy is not good enough for our team"? why bring in a player who has already proven that they are not an elite talent whos not going to help us win the league. im confused. it seems as if we are content with mid table or not being relegated. wouldnt that money be better spent finding and developing our own young talent rather than bringing in some man u or chelsea retread?

i like your site. im not disparaging englishman in anyway or think that americans as a whole are better. its strictly about the atletic talents of players and has nothing to do with whos better as a country or a society. its all about finding players who can help everton win. thats it.
 

what does that mean? arent you discussing jermaine defoe? as for the other guy if man u wants him. everton wont be signing him. does he have special abilities. does excel on set pieces or free kicks. what does he bring to the table. as i said im kind of new so i dont know everyone for every team and whos available so tell me about this downing guy. is he a guy that is going to help us win the EPL. 6m seems a tad low for a for an elite player at that age. wouldnt the transfer fee be higher if he was really that good?

Well, we also paid 2.5m for Arteta who was midfielder of the year last season for Sky Sports. So its not about the fee, its about how well the player blends with the team he is playing with.

I appreciate your enthusiasm for so-called super athletes, but nobody is going to win the league with players who have only just starting playing football, regardless of what other sport they have played. Most of the talent in the Premier League was developed when they were all in school. They have since polished these skills, grew stronger and mentally become more astute.

Do you honestly believe that these people you are trying to peddle are going to be better than Ronaldhino? Ronaldo? Rooney? Kaka?
 
ronaldhino has a pony tail. you talk about these brazillians like theyre the greates thing ever. thats why tehy beat you. you play their game. just like man u. we let them dictate to us how the game is going to be played. thats why they kick our asses. i believe there is an incredible pool of untapped guys out there. guys who can mark ronaldniho. slam his face in the dirt kick him and his faggot pony tail into the ground. make them bleed. they are pussies. not every guy brought in will pan out, but i can assure you some will and they will be great players. the law of averages guarantees it. there 300 million people in the us we have the largest population of top pure atletic talent on the planet here. were not better people. we just have better athletes and more of them. i think that a team like everton who cannot compete financially needs to explore other potentail pools of talent than taking scottish internationals. everyone is all over europe and south america.the big clubs are going to the best players. just think of it as a magical land where there are players for everton to pillage and forget about the natioanlity. a place where real madrid and man u arent looking. it will take time develop them as it takes time to develop any player.if i were everton i would concentrate on developing, finding and securing our own young talent and avoid paying for guys who are unhappy somewhere. i dont like guys who are unhappy. youre getting paid big money to put on that uniform and play. he should shut his mouth, play out his contract and when the time comes he can get what he wants.its a privelege to play football. this guy sounds like a selfish guy who i dont want on my team
