He's a liability and with our financial situation we'd be relying on him to turn up when expected and actually want to play for us. Not worth throwing a chunk of our wage bill at him so he can act like a [Poor language removed] and [Poor language removed] over the whole team. Boo hoo you're f*ckin up your marriage....real players have turned up and played on the day of or the next day after their dad had died. Sorry but that would be more emotionally disturbing to a person. Get him the [Poor language removed] out and buy someone with talent that wants to play football for a living. Beyond bored of him now.

Andy Van Der Meyde. Moyes took a punt on a once promising dutch winger and we were lumbered paying the fool until his contract was up. Dead money on the wage structure.

I believe in a 'once bitten twice shy' attitude. And trying to turn around a character that cant stay on the straight and narrow for Real Madrid - in sunny Spain leaves me thinking Drenthe might just be a liability here for Everton in the sunny Northwest of England.

No person bigger than the club, if you want it regarding having Kenwright f****d off, then it goes for other individuals just the same.

You've got it to a 'T', in a roundabout sort of way. Moyes thinks he's another SAF. But he's not. Maybe one day, but not now, in fact FAR from it. Added to which we don't have anywhere near the funds of Man U so it's far easier for them to stand on 'principle'.

Clearly its not my place to share what was said in private.

Im aware thats a useless thing to say.

But thats my postion.

But no, Moyes didnt call him a dirty little Dutch midget, Moyes did infact punish him for breaking Club rules on the eve of the biggest game of the Season.

Did Moyes not know all that when he signed him on? He must pretty clueless if he didn't because the rest of world football did.

I could give a flying **** about Drenthe tbh, all players are hired help who you use to further the organisation with as far as I'm concerned...most of them are self-serving pricks. But just get a performance out of Roy and then do what you want afterwards. Seems reasonable enough to me, especially by all accounts if he's been a problem all season with these tricks - why cut him loose yesterday of all days when he could have done a crucial job?

Moyes deserves to be under the microscope for that one. No ifs or buts.
