I'm ace at driving! Even though I'm still learning.... :P

Though people wind me up when they stay RIGHT on your tail. Why do that? Seriously?
 

Another relates to youngster not being allowed to carry back seat passengers after dark or something, this was upto the age of 21

That's an awful idea ffs.

In Maryland they dont let you drive other passengers until 5 months after you've had your license (barely enforcable) and for first 18 months, or until 18, there's a midnight curfew.

They need to apply the same thing to the middle lane hogs then.

My 'arl fella worked down at seaforth, on the way down there are parallel roads at the side of the main carriageway, he nipped down and got done for 'undue care and attention' as he was cutting out the lights and nipping back in, and the full name is 'using undue care and attention and failure to show courtesy to other rd users' and that was a 4 pointer.
