I think i'll look around when i have spare time tonight.Youtube, it'll show you proper form to so you dont injure yourself
Just lash them around lad, Throw them up above your head, Heavier the better, Ensure you use as much of your back as you can when launching them
Another good one is attach a dumbbell to each foot and use them as roller skates
2x20kgWhat weight are they mate? And do you have a bench?
You will be best off using them for arm and shoulder exercises if you have no bench.
Google dumb bell exercises for some ideas, there will be lots of weird and wonderful ideas, take a couple you like the look of and use which ever one suits you best.
If all else fails, the roller skates idea sounds decent.
That pretty much..ditch them, buy an 8kg kettlebell, and buy the Kettlercise DVD.
Hmm.. not much use any of them. Unless you are super strong to use the 20's, the 1's are useless..2x20kg
2x1.25kg
2x1kg
for each dumb bell.
I think my step-dad plans to buy a bench soon anyway.
Thanks, mate.
I think i'll invest in some 5s then.Hmm.. not much use any of them. Unless you are super strong to use the 20's, the 1's are useless..
You as a normal bloke should/could be using anything from 6-14kg..
kettlebells man, kettlebells! dumbbells are so 90s.I think i'll invest in some 5s then.
