So there's some dumb bells at home and i am wondering how i should use them.
Can any GOTers recommend me some exercises to do with this? i plan to work my whole body.

Just lash them around lad, Throw them up above your head, Heavier the better, Ensure you use as much of your back as you can when launching them

Another good one is attach a dumbbell to each foot and use them as roller skates

What weight are they mate? And do you have a bench?

You will be best off using them for arm and shoulder exercises if you have no bench.

Google dumb bell exercises for some ideas, there will be lots of weird and wonderful ideas, take a couple you like the look of and use which ever one suits you best.

If all else fails, the roller skates idea sounds decent.

for each dumb bell.
I think my step-dad plans to buy a bench soon anyway.
