On a serious note i think people are right here, you may need extra's like a bench. I have the Barbell bench which can be useful to break up the normal routine. Also a sit up bench can provide useful to your core strength, no good having big arms and no core.

Watch a kettlebell video on youtube, you'll see many of the exercises can probably be modified to use a dumbbell rather than a kettlebell.
 

Are you a door to door kettlebell salesman or something?
he he. I've got 3 kettlebells, and the DVD, and I cannot advocate them enough. I had some Ketter (? - the gold plastic ones) dumbbell/barbells in my teens and they did absolutely nothing for me. 4 sessions of the Kettercise DVD and there was real visible results, especially in my chest and my thighs.
 
with two 20kg dumbbells you could do...

goblet squats
forward lunges
rear lunges
thrusters
single leg deadlifts
side lunges
split squats
shoulder press

and many, many more.
just do some hand release push ups - much better than dumbbells for chest and scalp development

I tend to go for

single-handed crotch thrust
the triple tit split
side minges
squat to curl press
 

Run out in your undies and lash them through the window of the hardest fella in the street, let him know you're about.
