Dumb bell exercises

So there's some dumb bells at home and i am wondering how i should use them.
Can any GOTers recommend me some exercises to do with this? i plan to work my whole body.

That's really no way to talk about your family.
 


4 exercises. 3 sets each. 8-10 reps for bulk with heavy stuff, 12-15 to tone with middling weight. All for one muscle group.
Start off low to get form right.
